The much anticipated CrossFit DFW Running Class is here! Beginning Monday, May 18th this 6 week class will focus on improving running technique as well as increasing your speed and endurance. Whether you love or hate running, you will benefit from this class. Jake Jackson will be coaching and programming this course. Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:45 – 7:45 pm and Saturday mornings at 7:00 am. Classes will take place at the Carroll Sr High Track on Peytonville Rd in Southlake. Cost is $95 for the 6 week, 3 classes per week course. There are limited spots available and registration is required for attendance.
